Tamiya have produced the TT-02D a drift version of the TT-02D 4WD, which appears to have been achieved by supplying very shiny slippy tyres on the otherwise unchanged chassis! To complete your slidy, slidy drift machine you will need body, electronics and radio!

A the All Japan Model & Hobby Show 2013, model companies Tamiya, Aoshima and Hasegawa presented an all-new collaborative mix for fans of the video game Kantai Collection or “KanColle” (a free-to-play online social card game). The protagonists of the game are anthropomorphic battle ships from the Second World War – seriously, why are the Japanese the only ones who could come up with such an idea?).

Tamiya is getting in on the 1/6th scale model motorcycle craze that the other Japanese model companies have been into, with the Harley-Davidson Fat Boy FLSTFB.
No, I don’t know what those letters mean either, but if you’re a dedicated Harley fan they’ll surely mean something to you! This highly-detailed scale replica is 1/6 scale, meaning it’s about 40 cm long (!) and will arrive on the shelves of the hobby shops around Christmas time.
