RC Racing TV to Live Stream 1/12th Reedy Race of Champions.
We are very pleased to announce that RC TV will be live streaming all 3 days of the 1/12th Reedy Race of champions taking place in Milton Keynes in the UK on January 15-17th 2016.
RC Racing TV will be bringing the whole event to the whole world,and as always, it will be completely free to view!
The Reedy Race of Champions started out many years ago as Mike Reedy’s vision to showcase the world’s best drivers in a format unlike any other ever used in RC racing. It has since grown to be one of the most anticipated and prestigious RC races in the world. This will be the first ever Reedy 1/12th event, incorporating the unique points scoring format that makes every race a final!
More details of exact broadcast times will be posted closer to the event, but prepare yourselves for 3 days of the fastest indoor action you’ve ever seen!
RASCAR: NASCAR Fans UK 300 Race Report/Video
RASCAR 2015 Race 2: Team Bombersports 350 Race Report
One of Britain’s newest R/C racing series, RASCAR aims to bring the rubbin’ is racing philosophy and attitude of NASCAR into the R/C racing sphere, using 1/12th scale electric banger/stock car/1300 GT12 chassis cars and custom Kamtec NASCAR-style bodies, alongside a custom-made portable oval, the RASCAR Arena Raceway. Their inaugural event was the Good Sign 300 hosted at the Victoria Field and Social Club, in Street near Somerset, on 25th August, and hot off a successful first event, here is the full video report on Round 2, the Team Bombersports 350 from the Grove Centre & Sports Club in Nailsea, near Bristol.
BRCA 1/12 Nationals Calendar Announcement
The BRCA have announced its calendar of events for the 2015/16 National championship for 1/12th scale electric LMP cars. The championships will be contested over 5 indoor rounds on carpet, with each driver’s best 3 scores counting towards their final placing in the series. During the season we will visit several of the established venues, but also a couple of new ones. The venues have been chosen based on their geographic spread, the level of their track and facilities, their previous track record of hosting similar events and of course the feedback we have received from our competitors from last year.

November 21st/22nd – Crewe
December 12th/13th – Tamworth

Olly Jefferies dominates BRCA 1/12th Rnd 2!
Round 2 of the 2014/15 BRCA 1/12 Scale Nationals took place at Swifts Raceway near Sheffield last weekend. A very challenging track layout greeted the drivers and would prove to be unforgiving even for the top drivers.
The weekend is split into two separate race meetings, with classes for 13.5 and 10.5 stock on Saturday and 10.5 and open modified on Sunday.

Mark Stiles Track Talk
As both a competitor and race official I’ve been to my fair share of RC tracks over the years. Indoors, outdoors, on-road, off-road, temporary and permanent. Each and every one is different in some way and in many respects that’s what makes the sport of RC racing so enthralling. I’ve got my most and least favourites as I’m sure you have too, and I’ve also come to learn that there are several factors in determining whether I ‘like’ a track or not. It could be a particular corner, a chicane complex or even just an individual race I’ve had on a track that makes it live long in my memory. It’s all of those things too that often make a track one that I’d like to forget, but sadly can’t!
