Well this weeks videos just keep getting better, this one produced by Subaru (yes the car company) Fetures a model of their WRX STI facing off against a “StickBomb” (no me neither?) which is: A series of wooden slats (ice-cream sticks) which after being stuck together form some sort of spring tension which when released makes then, “jump in the air” in er.. sequence……..actually it is much easier to just watch the video!
This drift car is based on a Subaru Impreza WRX STi Team Arai. with a body built using a 3D printer and running on a Tamiya chassis. For the “Stick Bomb” more than 30,000 pieces of wood were used so a huge amount of work behind the scenes …… I’m just not sure why they did it, but I’m glad they did!!
